Yes, however it … Yes, however it gets some work to get into the position you need to be in, and you need to be as stable as possible. Would definitely not recommend at the highest setting.
Actually, it’s a … Actually, it’s a really good machine for the dough. But, when buying *anything* used, buyer beware. Have they roughed it up or broken something or are they just not using it? Many people buy workout equipment and then realize they are just too lazy to exercise, lol. You can get them pretty cheap, though and they really do work. Love mine.
I think it’s a good … I think it’s a good idea. I have one, it’s a fine test to see if you actually like one of these “Total” machines. I’m ready to upgrade to the Bayou Fitness Total Trainer after two years of this one. The Weider one does have some limitations, but it’s a great starting point.
