Men help. i want to buy some hym equipment for home. is this any good? vfit herclean heavy duty folding weight

need to know if its any good also what areas it lets you excerise if you google the name you can see the picture and details….or do you think its better to go for something like weider pro 3000 multi gym. only problem is space for me also with the bench can someone send me some links what weights i buy also what is the max weight for that bench
