If you’ve watched my TRX Suspension Trainer Review video here on the blog, you know that I’ve been using the TRX while it’s been attached to my old smith machine and more recently our new functional trainer. The installation of the TRX X Mount was quick and easy. I used a stud finder to locate the centerline of my ceiling joist, marked the attachment points with a pencil and used a 1/4″ drill bit to make the holes. I then installed the X Mount with the supplied lag bolts and started using it within 10-15 minutes. If you haven’t tried the TRX yet, do it!
