Abdominal Exercise Machine for strong core Tendo AbEx II

The abdominal muscles are key components to providing strength and support to keep the body upright and for movement.
When these muscles are in poor condition, additional stress is applied to the spine as it supports the body and back injury or pain is more likely.

A strong abdominal musculature may be an important factor to enhance athletic performance and prevent back injury.
Simply exercising the abdominal muscles should be included as part of a daily routine of good health.

Many people perform an infinite number of repetitions when performing abdominal exercises. They are still training muscles and the abdominal muscles should not be treated any differently during strength training than any other muscle group.

People do hundreds sit ups or crunches a day. Would they do hundreds bench presses a day to increase their upper body strength? Of course not, and there is no reason to do hundreds abdominal curls either.

If you are performing high repetition abdominal exercises (sit ups, crunches) you will improve local muscle endurance and only slightly increase strength during the first few weeks of the training program. After that your ability to perform more repetitions will increase but not your abdominal strength.

To strength train abdominal muscles it would be more effective to reduce the number of repetitions and increase the resistance.

10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home — Burn Fat & Calories, Lose Weight, Slim Down

In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Intense Home Ab Workout

This is a thorough routine for the abdominal muscles. The routine consists of exercises that isolate the three main areas of the core: the lower abs, the obliques, and the upper abs. Remember that it takes more than a solid ab workout to get a flat, toned midsection, however. Great abs happen as a result of consistent training that balances cardio, strength training, as well as a clean diet. For this workout, do each exercise for about 20-25 reps so that you do a total of about 200-300 reps for the abs (this is what I demonstrate in the video). The workout should be done 3-4 times per week.
