The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout. Please be advised that these are advanced exercises and you should not perform them if they are beyond your skill level.

I don’t want to train today… but I’m doing it anyway. Here’s a taste of one of the several circuits my trainer had me do at the gym today during my upper-body workout (plus a good amount of me talking in the car). I want to start showing you the kinds of exercises I do during my 3x/week weight-training sessions. My gym is really small and really basic, but it has everything I need (and it’s in a mall, so I can hit Victoria’s Secret after my workout). I’m often asked how can you get a good muscle building workout at home. Well in this video clip I’m going to show you some of the basic exercise stuff that I have in my basement and some good basic home workouts that you can do in place of, or in addition to, your regular gym workouts.
All of the stuff that I have here can be bought for a few hundred bucks max and maybe even cheaper if you shop around at flea markets and garage sales for some basic home gym equipment.
