In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Put your own favorite music on while you are exercising along with me for even more fun. The ” Chest workout Home edition ” was designed to provide an easy and fun professional workout for everyone. These exercises are designed to tone main pectoral muscles (upper, major and minor pectoral muscles) and you can workout wherever you want: at home, in the park, on the beach or at the gym.
No special equipment is required for this workout: if you don’t have a bench for elevated push-ups, use any elevated surface (chair, box, etc.).

Directions:
After a light warm-up, complete 30 seconds of each exercise at 100% intensity, take 15 seconds of rest, then transition to the next exercise. Rest for 1-minute and repeat the circuit one more time. Each circuit takes about 6 minutes, so the entire workout will be about 13 minutes. Make sure you’re doing all the exercises as explosively as possible for the entire 30 seconds and don’t cheat on the rest periods.
Wow, what to say about this workout other than intense. This is a great MMA bodyweight condition circuit that will help you burn muscle and blast away stubborn body fat. “You dont have to be a die hard UFC or MMA fan to use this workout. As long as you dig the ripped, athletic look (for guys) or the lean and toned look (for girls), this UFC workout is perfect for you. This workout will take your cardiovascular conditioning to the next level. More importantly, you’ll be producing a lot of lactic acid and forcing your muscles to work while they’re short on oxygen. This causes a sweet after burn effect, where your body will have to work hard to bring things back to normal. The result? A spike in metabolism for the next couple of days that will eat away at unsightly body fat.”

The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout.
