How do you get a massive chest? Most bodybuilders say “do lots of heavy bench press” – I disagree. There are two types of chest exercises, pushing exercisees (like bench press and pushups) and squeezing exercises (like pec deck and dumbbell flys). You need to do both to maximize your chest development. For me personally, the squeezing chest exercises have given me much better mass and strength gains than the pushing type exerciess.
The king of the squeezing exercises is the dumbbell fly and its easy to do at home with just a used set of dumbbells. Heres how you do it.:
lay on floor
together)
knees up, abs flexed (lower back support)
shoulder back, shoulder blades together
arms perpendicular to sides
elbows slightly bent
go sloooooly up and slooooowly down
flex you chest at top of rep
Warning straight armed is much more difficlut than elbows bent because of leverage. Decrease your weight till you can do these with your arms almost straight. Many times you will see people doing WAY more than they should and they do them like this (demo). No, use less weight. Why? Because then you can spot yourself. At about rep 6 when you cant do another straight armed one, bend your elbows slightly. This increases your leverage and makes it easier on your pecs, now you can do 2 or 3 more. When you cant do any more reps, bend your elbows a bit more. This way, you can do forced reps safely.
The reason I do this on the floor is for safety, please see this video for more info:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkuPpbDgVzQ
This video is in preparartion for my advanced killer chest workout video where dumbbell flys will have a prominent role.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

Video clip showing proper form for the french press exercise for triceps. This is a great exercise you can do at home with just an inexpensive barbell set. If you want big arms, remember that the triceps is actually a bigger muscle than the biceps so dont neglect it!
As with any dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don’t use too much weight, if you can’t do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud “one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand” on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise.

Go to http://www.FatLossLifeStyle.com & I will teach YOU little known Nutrition Principles that will force you to gain muscle & lose fat faster than ever.
I started passionately studying what lean people were doing in 1981 because my waistline was 40 inches. I have learned a lot since then. I am now in the best shape of my life at the age of 44.
My waistline is now 31 inches. Nutrition is 60-70% of your fat loss / muscle gain program. Follow me & I will teach you exactly how to eat for your body type, activity level, starting point, & your goals.
You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.
But if you do focus on the 5 pillars of fitness & health, you will radically change your waistline, your lifestyle, and your life.
YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DETERMINE YOUR ALTITUDE (how high you go in life) YOUR WAISTLINE DETERMINES YOU ATTITUDE
GET A BETTER BODY; GET A BETTER LIFE!!
The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs will stabilize your lower back and prevent you from an injury; but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding.
Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A couple of rubber bands & some good exercises is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
You do not need any equipment. In fact most of the clubs are wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment that is making peoples bodies less functional and worse off. I highly advice you to pick one mentor at a time, limit your information, train hard & smart, and expect success!!
I’ll teach you how to gain muscle lose fat the right way… which is alot easier then you think. Bodybuilders are not the only ones that burn fat and still increase muscle.
Fat burning power comes from eating more often. If you want to burn away belly fat you can do that but you will also have fat loss in other areas of your body… with is healthy and want you want. If you looking for the best fat burner in the world…
You have found it it’s called the Darin Steen Pill. I have an uncanny ability to motivate, inspire, and inform you. I believe in you and you in turn will start to believe in yourself.
Once you believe in you; look out; cause thats where the magic happens.
I have been bodybuilding (totally drug free for life) since the 80’s and in the last 15 years I have done amazing things with my body… and I do it all with the system im teaching you here for FREE!

Here is an advanced chest workout you can do at home with a cheap dumbbell set. Big gyms are nice but when you can get a killer workout at home without the overhead of getting to and from the gym. This workout is a complete 70 minute workout and consists of four supersets.
superset 1: incline dumbbell press and flys
superset 2: dumbbell press from the hip and thumbs up flys
superset 3: incline flys and ultrawide pushups
superset 4: pushups, flys, and dumbbell press
We will do each superset three times and take 2-3 minutes rest between. Use a weight that lets you do 5-7 reps with good form. This is an intense workout and this is not meant to be used every week, just do this workout now and then to shake things up.
By the way, I’m not a very original or creative person, I get all the ideas for my mock-infomercials from real-life ads – isnt that scary? I just assemble them in a way so that its clear how ridiculous the claims are. There are people, who shall remain nameless, who comment on my vids and claim results as ridiculous as PecFuel5000 – I’m sure these people are just acting as sales people for these scam companies. Remember, be a critical thinker. Never believe those anecdotal “amazing” results stories at the gym, in magazines, or on the internet. … and remember, your Grandma was always right. If it SOUNDS too good to be true, then it IS. Dont be a sucker. Demand real evidence before buying any fitness product/supplement/program. If it is as great as they say then there will be a published ,peer-reviewed article in a respectable publication about a double blind study with a large sample size proving how great it is. Be wary of those “research studies” paid for by the company itself that “proves” how effective their product is.
As with all dumbbell exercises, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don’t use too much weight, if you can’t do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud “one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand” on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. Video clip showing proper form of the incline dumbbell press exercise for chest. This variation of the basic dumbbell press is a great mass builder also, just another twist to keep your muscles guessing. If you dont have an incline bench you can make one by securely tying a 2×8 to a coffeetable as I have done here. This exercise is best done with a spotter. If you are working out alone, use lighter weight and higer reps for safety. Here is a killer arm workout you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells to help get those huge guns, I’m sore for days after doing this workout. This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout.
There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps. The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time. Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don’t want to get injured.
Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don’t hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can’t help it. In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle. Here is the workout:
Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negatives
Triceps: skull crushers
Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises
Biceps: Twenty-ones with barbell
Triceps: narrow grip bench press
Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises
Biceps: reverse grip barbell curls
Triceps: dumbbell kick backs
Repeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes. If you don’t like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each bicep/triceps combo 5X and then move on to the next combo.
