    Well I workout 5 days a week because you have got to allow time for your muscles to repair and rest. Otherwise you are putting continuous strain on them. But I’d say workout 5 days a week and do 2 hours in the morning a 2 hours a night for 5 days. Also make sure you eat and drink the right food, because if you want to be a heavyweight that’s what you need to do.

    You shouldnt train 7 days a week. Your body needs time to recover.

    I train 4 days a week Tues, Wed, Sat Sun, 1hr upper body, 1 hr lower body and 15min wet sauna, 15min hot tub. Lots of sleep.
