Working Out, Home Workout No Equipment?

Hello All, Im 17 years of age and well im pretty heavy for my age, im around 13 and half stone, im conscious about my weight but i cant seem to lose it, iv always wanted to be muscular and stuff but i eat the wrong food all i eat is meat as i never ate vegetables as a child so i don’t eat them now.

Im looking to lose the weight and to start working out, i don’t have a job so i cant afford to go to a gym, i have an exercise machine but its not to good i don’t like it its one of those ski machines where u run up and down i cant explain it so good.

Iv found this guy on youtube shows me a 5 min home workout which i plan to do everyday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSWH3Bfgru0&feature=channel_page

So im wondering how can i turn my muscle into fat? i know it cant be directly turned into muscle but how can i do this?

i take vitamins as i don’t eat vegetables but will i need any supplements or anything but i don’t think i can get them. Please help i really have no experience in working out or anything like this im a first timer really. Thanks for your time.

Also: If you can suggest any other workouts or something for me to do that would be good thanks, and as i read a comment on the video above i cant do so many push ups so the guy said to do on the nees until you get more upper body strength thanks.

Thanks for your comments, if anyone has msn id be grateful if i could talk to you on that?, as somone said to email them but its not active so if anyone has msn thatd be great thanks.
Im not sure if anyone is still reading this, but i did some sit ups just now about 20 of them and it was a real struggle and i could feel a cramp in my neck this is gonna be so hard

don’t forget there is a layer of fat over your muscles so you need to get rid of that and the ONLY proper way to lose weight is eat healthy and cardio exercise. Get an mp3 player and go for a run 2 or 3 times a week, you won’t like it at first but after 4 or 5 runs you’ll kind of get into it. Also i find it really surpresses your appetite so it will help you eat better. As for exercises at home well push ups and sit ups will tone the muscle but it will still be under a layer of fat

If you’re looking to get muscular you are going to have to join a gym eventually or get access to some weights. It’s possible to use stuff around the house or to create your own makeshift weights but it doesn’t even sound like you’d have access to all of this or even be motivated to do it.

If you want to lose weight a good pace, you are going to have to eat fruits and vegetables. Supplements are just that…they are SUPPLEMENTS meaning that they offer support to a healthy diet but vitamins are no substitute for food. You don’t want to eat veggies, you don’t want to use the exercise equipment you do have, what do you expect people to say?

You can crunches, jump rope, run/jog outside, squats and lunges with no weights or use something heavy around the house, but you will get toned and not muscular. You just don’t seem motivated nor being realistic in doing the things you need to do in order to get the results you claim that you want.

A great cardio excercise you can do at home is skipping. It’s not expensive you just need a bit of space to do it. It’s great for fat burning. Then you could try toning up with a routine of arm weights (2 tins of beans will do instead of weights!), squats, lunges and sit ups. In order to gain muscle or bulk up you will eventually need to incorporate some proper gym type equipment into your routine.

You should really try to stop the vitamin supplements and try and find some veg and fruit that you like eating and follow a balanced diet with smaller portions and eat slower, which helps you stop eating after you feel full. Cut down on sweets, crisps, sugary drinks and try to eat 3 meals a day, no snacking.

This teamed with some exercise and you’ll soon notice some difference.

First thing you’ll need is the determination, don’t do what I did and promise to lose weight and then slack off and not even exercise, I’m 16 and average weight, I’ve never been that good at losing weight!

You’ll need to eat vegetables, there’s no use taking the easy way out, if you maintain a regular routine you’ll get used to eating vegetables, but if you can’t do that, just stick with the supplements, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

It depends what type of body you want, a tall skinny build(Ectomorph) or a muscly build(Mesomorph).

I would start first with short jogs around your street for 30mins, stop it you get tired, take water with you so you don’t get dehydrated. If you need further help, just send me a message.
