What’s the best home daily workout for a 17 year old vegetarian with no equipment?
Basically, I’m finding it hard to stick to any kind of regime that i’ve come up with myself because I have no idea what kind of daily goals to set. A set of exercises that can be done in my bedroom every day would be awesome. Weight isn’t an issue; I’m pretty skinny :/
Also, am I at a huge disadvantage being a vegetarian? Should I be taking any supplements?
I’ll be grateful for any advice you have to offer. Thanks
take some multivitamins and protein.. since your a vegetarian. because you get more protein from a protein drink and feel well fed and healthy.
for your workouts.. just do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, ect….
things u do in P.E class lol the basics ( but step it up a little )

Try Yoga or Pilates. These disciplines force you to move your body in a different way, which also build stronger abdominals and back muscle. Also, these techniques don’t need any equipment.
If you wand to view some examples – there are some good pilates exercises on this website along with some good weight loss articles:
