What is the best workout equipment for my home?
I am on a small budget and intend to purchase only one type. Its ONLY purpose is to cut down fat on my belly. Walking and jogging don’t seem to work. I am an indoor person. Please advise.
A 10 pound weight and a workout ball. Then do sit ups. Hold the weight in your hands and sit up till the weight goes past your knees. Do this for 3 sets of 15 reps. Aka 15 sit ups. You will do a total of 45. Then with the workout ball lay back completly flat. Sit up while you bring your feet towards you and put the workout ball between your feet and lay back down without touching your feet or shoulder to the floor and come back up and repeat. Do for the same amount. Then sit on the ball kinda. Your lower back/hips will be on it and do sit ups that way. Again same amount.

Buy p90x off of ebay (you can get it brand new for about $50), a couple of dumbbells, and a pull up bar and you will be good to go. p90x is intense but you get great results and quickly.
