What is a good ab workout to do at home with no equipment?

I’m looking for a good quick routine I can do at home to try and get flatter abs. I see alot of videos on youtube and don’t know which one to choose. I also wouldn’t mind something to build up my chest and arms too. I have no room at my home for equipment and don’t want to spend the money on a gym membership.

You should take a look at my source site to choose best ab exercises for you. Read articles and learn details.

You can use your own body as a weight loss tool. Basically your body relies on balance and any movement you make will activate multiple muscle groups. You can lay on the floor and do the "bicycle" with your legs or hold them out and paddle in the air as if you were treading water… push ups is great for abs too.. or do resistance exercises.. get in a push up position and drop down on your elbows and try to hold that position for like 10-30 sec and it will give your back and abs a run for its money.. you can basically reshape your whole body without using a single weight..
go to bodybuilder.com its a free website, its people listing tips on how to do EVERYTHING dieting, nutrition, how to set up a routine, it even has pictures of exercises, and they are rated by people in terms of effectiveness, safety etc etc… i use that website to learn how to prepare meals and how to use spices in my foods… its like the holy grail for someone who wants to be educated in everything revolging around fitness.

The one for your upper abs:
Lie flat on your back then lift only your legs up just above the ground. If this is too hard you can lift your legs higher until you can hold them for at least 15 seconds. Once you can keep them up do 3-5 reps of them.
For your lower abs, do the same thing but with your chest.

Stand on right leg, hands behind head. Tilt torso forward, lifting bent left leg. Return to upright; twist torso right (left leg off floor). Repeat sequence on opposite side, twisting left, for one rep. Do 10 reps. Switch legs; repeat.
