what are some effective home workouts i can do without having any equipment?

I was looking for some strength training workouts that i could do at home, but i don’t have any equipment at home. I just want something to do on the days i don’t feel like going to the gym. i would like something that works my abs, obliques, and legs

Squats push ups stretching (using the doorposts) sit ups and go swim the freestyle quit vigorously as often as possible for 30-45 minutes to get abs bigger arms,legs and shoulder muscles

    Dude, some simple and really effective ways of working out without any equipment is to do push ups (for biceps, shoulder muscles as well as you pecs and your abs), sit ups (works abs and back muscles) and for legs you could try squats, like pick up a heavy object (a rock for eg) and hold it while doing squats as a great way of working upper and lower leg muscles.

    Additional things which you could do are pull ups (work the same muscles as push ups, but also target your forearm muscles which push ups don’t).

    If you want you can just buy a pair of dumbbells, which can also be used to extensivly workout your body by doing different execises and are farily cheap.

    Hi,

    I would suggest doing a lot of crunches, explosive excercises, using your body weight for the most part. Some chin ups, sit ups, and push ups. You can check up the source that I used, it helped a lot.
