How can I workout at home good with only this equipment?

Hello,

I’d like to start working out at home. I’m 20, about 5′11" and 125lbs and only have access to hand weights: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 lbs.

Is there a way I can begin working out with only those at my disposal?

I can not go to a gym at this time so please do not recommend that option! I need to make due with what I have for the moment. Any advice would be appreciated.
I don’t have a bench either.

Yes of course you can! There are many workout programs with dumbells, body weight exercises (like push ups) and cardio (like jogging). All you have to do is Google it!

Edit: You don’t need a bench! Also, the reason I said Google the exercises is because I won’t be able to put into only words how to do the exercises properly. It’s best to read and look at pictures, or as someone else suggested use you tube.

I did an exercise boot camp where the only equipment we used was dumbells.

Yes, you can get a set of weights you are comfortable with lifting and raise your arms straight up and then down. You can also stretch out your arms horizontally and bring them up and down by your side.

do you mean dumbells by hand weights…if so i will give you a good workout routine…you should do this three times a week with a days rest between…with light weights you will have to work harder…and the key is eating properly…okay here goes

    mondays-chest excercises and triceps
-three sets of 20 pressups or as many as you can handle you have to push yourself…
-for triceps use the dumbells look up some excercises on you tube or google cause there hard to explain

    wednesdays-biceps
again you tube can be your best friend

    fridays-shoulders
you tube theres lots of differant excersises jus pick which ones you like

First of all, watch this video to get you pumped beyond belief

Then do some curls with the 25 lbs (or whatever is comfortable)
But i recommend body weight workouts as well. Push ups do wonders if you challenge yourself, and you could easily turn it into weight training by simply putting on a backpack with some weights and doing weighted push ups. They work everything; pectorials, triceps, biceps, forearm, and abs.
