		<description>I totally understand where you&#039;re coming from, I&#039;ve had to work around this situation myself.
If you dont have any fitness equipment at home, work around it as best you can. Go for walks or runs around your neighbourhood, and try some workout videos (I find aerobics and yoga or pilates useful). See if you can invest in some inexpensive handweights, a stepping block, or a skipping rope (great for cardio!) Don&#039;t forget you can do things like stretches, push-ups, sit-ups, shuttle runs, etc at home without equipment.
