Jumping rope is good. Push ups, sit ups. Squats. Up and down the stairs. Jumping Jacks. Maybe go get you some of those workout videos. Good Luck

set up a circuit indoors. in one corner you can do push ups, in another – ab crunches. lots of things – star jumps, boxing movements, skipping. fill empty bottles with water or sand for weights. just do a variety of movements that keep you moving and heart rate up. if you have stairs indoors go up and down those. make it fun for yourself and have new exercises in different spots in the house.

Cardio is just movement, nothing more. Any calisthenic workout routine that’s long enough will do just fine.

Jumping rope is the best way to keep in shape. It works all of the muscles and keeps your heart rate up, causing you to loose more fat. Just jump rope for 15-30 minutes a day while watching tv or doing anything really and you should be good.
