Can anyone help with a chest and arm home workout?
Is there a good home workout (preferably with minimal special equipment) that can get similar (not the same or better obviously) results to a gym workout. I really can’t be bothered driving like 30 minutes to the nearest gym. The workout is essentially for my arms and chest. Also, if possible explain how to use protein shakes for optimal results.?
Get some dumbbells. You can buy different weights and they will work for all your upper body exercises.
Buy a set if you can and then you can increase the weight gradually because you will eventually get use to lifting the lower weight if you keep up the exercises.
I know how you feel about not being bothered travelling to the gym, but this way, it is cheaper and more convenient.
Protein drinks you can buy in most places now. Try and get it from a health store though because they will recommend which one to get which will suit you, along with other energy boosting products because there are so many to choose from now.

The incline chest press is the best way to work your chest, arms and also shoulders. Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet flat. Lean back on some pillows, your upper back should be a foot off the floor. Hold a weight in each hand at your shoulders, palms facing forward. With your abs engaged to support your back, press arms straight up and bring weight together, squeezing chest muscles. Bring the weight back down. Do about 2 sets of 15 reps.
