I wouldn&#039;t do any more than 30 minutes though. You&#039;re better off increasing the intensity rather than the volume/duration. If you&#039;re pressed for time and you don&#039;t have 30 minutes to exercise, you will still get great results if you do this circuit once (10 minutes) or twice (20 minutes). Just do whatever you can.</description>
