Excellent. I know … Excellent. I know where to find the eye hooks, but where can I find the cargo straps/suspension straps, the spring clips, the stirrup handles and the rowing attachment?
Let me just say … Let me just say that bolting the bar or the eye hooks to the floor joists in my house work fine for me. They easily support my weight (195lbs) and I’ve trained athletes on them that were 220 and 260lbs with no issues. Basic physics would recommend that you try to get them as close to a wall as possible while still having room to move. However, I cannot guarantee the home construction of everyone’s house, so you’ll have to be the judge there : )
how can your house … how can your house hold you up? those wooden things won’t break on you? lol
if it holds u, it’s deff gunna hold me.
thanks again for the ideas bro, i’m doing that asap for real.
Personally I’d feel … Personally I’d feel a bit self conscious going to the park and doing all that. Also, isn’t the point of this to show you how you can set up a good workout area in the comfort and convenience of your own home. I thought the video was excellent, and will be employing a lot of the tips in my own free-standing set when I eventually get it made.
LOL… you’re lucky … LOL… you’re lucky you don’t hear my wife and daughter yelling or the dog barking : ) Trying to get this place quiet can be a challenge!
