Sounds like your looking for body weight excersises. Body Weight excersises are those that use your own body as the resistance instead of lifting weights. Ignore the part about spot reducing, but read the part on the Don&#039;t Go Broke Weightloss plan.  Its based around healthy excersises anyone can do without expensive equipment!
