Would my exercise routine be destraped if i cant work out ( jog ) for 5days due to bad weather?

I ate healthy foods tho while i can’t jog. I do not have an exercise machine at home. one more thing, is race walking 5kilometers per hour good enough? i need honest answers pls?

Do whatever you can do to get the best workout. that’s the way i think of it. if you can’t jog, and you don’t have an exercise machine at home, the eating healthy is good. have you tried doing jumping jacks though? jumping jacks is stationary, and you could do it anywhere. power walking is good for you, but depending on your physical health condition, you should preferably jog, you get a better workout through jogging.

    you can do aerobic exercises indoors! why not just run around the house, or do step ups on a chair or stool?
