please tell me some home exercises (without machines) for good forearms..
my forearms are so thin that they look ugly..

The above exercise specifically exercises the forearm, and as a consequence will help prevent RSI as it is strengthening the forearm.
There are loads more exercises on that website. Again free, professionally put together and really do work.

you said no machines but they have this thing called the perfect push-ups, don know if you heard of it or not. But works great

only non weighted exercise their reli is that primarily works ur biceps is pull ups, it palms facing you close together

Push-ups, Chin-ups and if you have dumb bells, you can also forward and backward wrist curls. Good luck.

push ups,
lifting heavy stuff with your arms out wide
you can try boxing just get a m8 to hold a pillow or tap it to the wall.
