    @monkchi Good observation. Yes, the pike pushup is a shoulder exercise. The pike pushup isn’t the only non-chest exercise in this video. Close-grip pushups are a triceps exercise.

    Hands further apart …
    Hands further apart is better for chest. The “close-grip pushup” is primarily a triceps exercise. To effectively work your chest, your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
