This is my new home gym. Tuff-Stuff Multi-bench w/preacher attachment, Tuff-Stuff Squat/Press Rack, Body Solid Dumbbell Rack w/ DB’s up to 80lbs, Enough plate weights to do some damage, Tuff-Stuff AXT-2, Vision Fitness Treadmill. I got my Tuff Stuff power squat/calf press in about a week after I took the video.
Later I also added a Tuff-Stuff Power Rack
It’ll suffice for now!

squats/deadlifts/ …
squats/deadlifts/lunges/stepups= big strong legs and core, the leg extension is crap its hard on the knees causes imbalinces plus its gay. Name a situation in life that replicates the leg extnision or leg curl……..there are none.

Yea thats true…..you want big legs, squats are the way to go. I would just want a leg press just for a change. But really, if your trying to get shitbrick house legs, squats are the best for size, period. In my opinion, all you need to do is 3 exercises for legs, leg extensions, squats, leg curls. 4-5 sets each exercise, 8-15 reps.

I got them at TSC (Tractor Supply) they are called “Stall Mats” for horse barns. Roughly $45 each. They are essentially old rubber tires pressed into a mat.

No need for a leg …
No need for a leg press with a squat rack
Actually I bought a squat press/standing calf raise machine since this video. Also the leg ext/ham curl and cable crossover is all built into the multigym station. DB’s go from 5lb-100lb. Anything heavier I do on the power bar. I need to update this video!

nice……i would want too add a few more things to that though. A leg press machine, leg curl machine for hamstrings, cable crossover, and another dumbell rack just like that but for heavier dumbells. What are the weights of your dumbells?
