		<description>Any exercise that makes you sweat is going to help you lose some weight. But you also have to be eating properly. Going to the gym and working out for an hour, and then coming home and eating a bag of chips isnt going to help you lose weight. If you want to lose weight, you have to make sure that your not only focusing on exercise but also on diet, as they go hand in hand. 

As far as work-out programs go, if your only looking to lose weight than you have to be doing supersets. Supersets are when you work out a muscle group by doing low weights , really quickly. So lets say if your doing bicep curls with dumbells, the sets should take no longer than 30 seconds. The point of doing supersets is to increase heart rate and to for the body to start burning calories.
