Ingredients:
1 banana 1 tbsp pf protein powder(or recommended amount) 1/2 cup of yogurt 1 cup of nonfat milk

Directions: Blend the banana and milk togther for 30 seconds on high speed, add the yogurt and protein powder and blend for another minute on high speed. Now you have a high protein, great tasting smoothie.

    I would recommend: Berry smoothy

    500g/ 1 lb mixed berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
    1 glass of water
    1 glass of natural yoghurt

    Place the ingeredients in a blender and blend together…for hot days,add 5 ice cubes.

    Mango smoothy

    1 mango(yellow-orange colour) peel and cut into pieces
    1 glass of natural yoghurt
    1/4 teaspoon cardamon seeds

    Blend them together into smoothy

    You can prepare own fruit juice in a juicer:
    3 apples
    2 oranges, peeled,cut into pieces
    3 carrots

    Press the fruits into juicer and drink fresh!:0

    EAT BANANA BEFORE GYM
