What is a gym workout plan I can use to build strenghth and shed some pounds?

Does anyone know a website that gives workout plans for a week that I can alternate from week to week? I appreciate your repsonses.

That’s my goal right now, shred the fat, and building the muscle. I can make you a work out plan if you’d like. I’ve worked out for 5 years now. I know what works and what doesn’t, i also know alot about supplements and nutrition. If you want message me and I’ll make a custom work out plan for you.

    There arent really any websites that do it for free. They are usually run by personal trainers, and they dont work for nothing.

    If you want a great workout plan that maps it out for you, try the Slim in 60, P90, or P90X workouts. You can do them at home or in the gym.

    I loaded them onto my iPod Touch so i can follow along with the videos while im at the gym.

    Slim in 60 would be reccomended for someone who is looking to get in shape, but isnt really there.
    P90 is for more advanced stuff, and P90X is for… Well its for people who are in shape to get ripped.

    Those are run by the BeachBody company. Im pretty sure with purchase you get access to their site and forums where you can talk to others getting healthy.
