Umm sir…you are a beast. That’s an awesome circuit. The one’s I do are no where close to the intensity that you’re doing here. But I will get there one day. You’re doing really well for that to be your fourth set when you recorded the video. You have great endurance. I’m working mine up to get there.

@blakkandi reset…lets look at training in a new way…let’s work on other body parts…how is your jumping rope going? If you are bored of the treadmill…use the rope… or on your nice long street mark off 40-50 yards…and do 8-10 sets of sprints then go for a 15-20 minute jog…if I were there that’s how I would adjust it…lets talk more over on facebook Diana…~ahmad

@BlackDeathSpeed I say it’s not just one move…but how perfect you do the move…but by far the side lateral raise with dumbbells and the good old fashion military press…or hand stand push up will do the trick…~ahmad
