@vegtafruit the tests dont mean too much most steroid users use off and on and can pass at certain times. But i wouldnt take anything from Sly hes has unbelievable discipline, on steroids most ppl still wouldnt put in the hard work he does

@jjonesl23233 i dont know if its the HGH cause i get puffy faced all the time from to much sugar and beer , but it goes away. But anyways in the last rocky i saw some shots where he was puffy faced and not puffy faced.

Is even still on the HGH? He admitted to using the HGH a few years ago when he was still puffy (his face look a little bloated in the last Rocky). He doesnt look puffy or bloated anymore. Is it cuz hes taking a lower dose of HGH or not taking it at all?

Stalone seveveral times has taken tests to prove he does not use steroids, u got to remember this is a man who reshaped his whole body and throgha strict routine has been doing it all his life, One of the physical trainers for for Sly on the Expendables said he was intense training for 3 hours every day for 6 weeks before the fillming started, he is on old du de but believe me it aint abut any drugs, he is hardcore when it comes to working out but he would like to keep that private!!

HGH or not, steroids or not, free weights or body weights, or not, at 62 years old, look as good most of you will not. Strong genetics is absolutely the key here, along with a lot of hard work.
