yeah any time. also try what i was telling the other guy to do, its called a pre exaust superset, 6-8 reps of your heaviest weight (db benchpress) then 20-25 reps of an isolation excercise (like db flys) of low weight rest 90 seconds and repeat 4 even 5 times. mad results real quick

Kevin you truly are …
Kevin you truly are an inspiration to us all, not just to weightlifters/bodybuilders but to all athletes and sportsmen and women. Bodybuilding certainly needs a spokesperson such as yourself. I feel you could do a great deal of good with mainstream media coverage, tv appearances, etc. Getting the “image” of bodybuilding back to something wholesome and more importantly, healthy.

I remember watching …
I remember watching him on Flex TV with Sean Ray. It was him that inspired me to start lifting weights. What this group fails to remember even with steroids you still have to put the time in the gym and eat right.Its not like you can pric yourself and do nothing! Sure I look up to him despite what everone calls cheating. Then again I also remember when baseball players was someone people looked up to.Breaking former baseball players records and denying it. Come on thats stealing and lying!
