I live in the UK and I got this from the JML website. It’s a really good product and you can feel the results within a few days, but you’ve got to stick at it if you want long-term results.

it says it can hold …
it says it can hold up to 300lbs … i weight about 170 and im worried my door frame is gonna bust when i put weight on it. it sits nicely on the frame but if the frame busts, im screwed for sure.
