jump roping, walking or jogging, or ball playing.

Jumping rope is good, dont lift weights or anything, even tho it is pretty hard to gain muscle. you could also just ride your bike an stuff

The elliptical because its light on your knees and really tones the insides of you theighs. It also burns a ton of calories per hour (about 600 depending on your weight!)
