How long to do aerobic exercises at the gym?

I do strength training 2-3 times a week.. All the other times I go to the gym for cardio. What equipment should I be using to get the fastest results for cardio, and how long should I exercise on that particular machine?

The worse thing you could do is go on some wacky diet,…you have to change ur eating patterns to a healthy daily routine that can be followed the rest of ur life.

Let the "sucker born every minute" buy the grapefruit pills, and lemonaide diet…you go get info and learn GOOD lifelong nutritional habits.

Do some lite weight lifting and 30 minutes of hard cardio 3 times a week. This isn’t reading a magazine on the treadmill. Swim, run, or bike HARD for 30 minutes…or more!

A Pilates class at the local gym will teach you some great abs routines.

If you drink alcohol you better count those calories and realize that it’ll slow ur metabolism down overall.

If the scam pill diets worked (or the penis elongating pills) then everyone would be thin and all guys well-hung.

    if you’re doing aerobic, aim for 30-60 minutes. However, if you’re looking to tone and cut fat, try interval training (anaerobic) as it eliminates fat fast and keeps your body burning calories up to 48 hours.
