How can I get ripped abs and a V-shaped torso without having to go to the gym? Exercises I could do at home?
One of the absolute best ways that I’ve found to get great abs is actually something you can do while driving, sitting at your desk or even eating! Tighten up for abs as hard as you can and count to 15. That right there is better than doing 5 crunches! After three, no lie, the next morning I thought my abs were on fire!

its about diet, gotta eat clean foods, no crap for a few months, and do alot of cardio stuff like running, biking for an hour a day, then youll lose the fat on your stomache.
it takes a few months you gotta persist, it will come off. sit ups and stuff wont get rid of belly fat, cause you cant isolate fat on a specified area with resistance training.
v shape comes from broad shoulders, and small waist, build shoulders with resistance excercise for shoulder, get some free weights for ure home. look up excercises for deltoids.
