    I think a backpack …
    I think a backpack with weights or light dumbbells would be a good substitute for a sandbag. Those types of gym sandbags are not cheap, unless if you can just a regular bag of sand and put it in a backpack. Awesome workout though and great use of a sandbag.

    @sonofentropy11 it’s because she doesn’t do the same workout every day :) I’ve just started her beginners workout, and she tells you that if something gets easy, move on to something harder, otherwise you wont get any results.. :)
