Dear friend, I am preparing my Gym Training Chart. As U know only writing the name of exercise can not instantly get U to the method of doing that exercise. So I like to add small sized cliparts related with that particular exercise for easy reference. If U send me I will send U my complete chart.

i love too send some but the internet cafe that i go to dont have any scanner. sorry.
