great exercise, … great exercise, just wondering what the point of extending the non-working arm. Is it to force the arm holding you up to work more or is it a core strength balance component? thanks
This is a very nice … This is a very nice exercise. For some extra resistance have you ever tried having someone hold your feet up? You can start by holding them half the distance from floor to ring and as you get stronger have your partner keep raising your feet.
I always wanted … I always wanted some way to combine pushing and pulling fluidly like this, very well done. This is for throwing, I want one for pulling with 1 arm into the other arm’s punch, like how you pull with 2 arms into a knee for example.
track down a … track down a complete sports catalog. they’ve got it all. now, some sports catalogs suck; they only sell balls and nets, and little else, others though are more comprehensive. look for a comprehensive one.
