What is the best way to work out your biceps with no gym equipment?

i put my feet on a chair and do push-ups its realllllly goood or if u do pull ups (all the way)

    I could tell you to lift soup cans and gallon jugs of milk, but frankly that’s not going to be challenging enough if you are a regular male or an athletic female.

    There are very few pure calisthenics that will build your biceps. Pullups come to mind.

    Close-grip pullups with palms facing toward your face will work your biceps (weight can be added via a backpack, dip belt, etc.), but you will need a bar or tree branch to perform them. Several companies make non-permanent pullup bars that attach to door frames that you can buy for less than $50. If there is a playground near you with suitable bars for pullups, you can do that too.
