What gym equipment strengthens the anterior/ posterior deltoids?

And what gym equipment helps the biceps/triceps brachii?

just give me the answers nowwwww!

Well dumbbells effectvely target both. For posterior deltoids do reverse flys and dumbbell rows. For biceps do curls, preacher curls and concentration curls.

    shoulders:
    overhead press (military/arnie)
    incline bench press
    bent over row
    deadlift (heavy)

    bi + tri:
    dont waste time isolating them…just think of movements…
    if its a push – its working tris
    if its a pull – its working bis
