And what gym equipment helps the biceps/triceps brachii?

Well dumbbells effectvely target both. For posterior deltoids do reverse flys and dumbbell rows. For biceps do curls, preacher curls and concentration curls.

Go to the gym. Look at the machines- they have little pictures with the muscles highlighted. Ask a staff if you can’t figure that part out. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa6.htm

shoulders:
overhead press (military/arnie)
incline bench press
bent over row
deadlift (heavy)
bi + tri:
dont waste time isolating them…just think of movements…
if its a push – its working tris
if its a pull – its working bis
