Love the girl! Makes me want to workout!!! Oh yah…. Nice machines too! I have a vibration exercise fitness machine myself but I got a cheap chinese vibration machine. Big mistake, the thing is a piece of S#@%! I would like to get a good vibrating fitness machine now like this one.

Thank you for posting the videos. I just purchased a Whole Body Vibration machine and I LOVE IT ! I love to use it for a couple of minutes before my workout , and a couple of minutes as I am cooling down. I have a bunch of exercise equipment in my basement, and this machine is by far my favorite !! Can you please keep posting more WBV exercise videos. I love to learn all the new exercises I can do on my vibration platform and having changed my diet, I am really starting to see results.

I am really excited …
I am really excited about training on whole body exercise machines. My fiancé and I go to a gym where they have 6 machines, and we are really impressed with how it is helping us, work the parts of our body, that we normally aren’t able to target with our conventional training. For me, it helps release the stress in my shoulders, and I have noticed that my triceps have been getting much more defined . It would be great to see more, as well as maybe a guy working on out one. Please post more.
