you want to get 16oz like mrtasty said they are good for hitting the bag and sparring they will improve ur speed
if ur going to fight depending on ur weight you would prob use 10-12 oz gloves

they are by title, used to own two pairs.
If you buy some,buy two yellow pairs because the red ones suck,too hard to make a fist and they pinch you at the fingertips
they aren’t 28oz. though.
