Has anyone used the pro-fit iron gym?

First off that’s not true. Perhaps some do but many don’t.

Second they also take massive cycles of pro-hormones and steroids which allow them to exercise often and recover fast.

Unless you plan to drop a couple of grand to do the same thing I would honestly say who gives a rat’s ass about what they do. Because if you follow their routines and aren’t on the "gas" or "juice" you will absolutely destroy your body via over-training and stress to the ligaments and tendons of your muscles.

am 15 and im in good shape and do 101 push ups 404 situps and lift wight for like 10 min and i jump rope like for 8 min. and am 138 pounds.

shere you can do any thing you want if you focus on it for a bit and practice all the time

looking for pro Tips for gym/eating healthier?

ok well to start off, I’m an 18 yr old male, 6′0" college student.
4 weeks ago I weighed 218 and I’ve started going to the gym for an hour a day on campus and last Wednesday I dropped down to 203lbs!

Well today i weighed myself and im still at 203, so why did i stop losing? and what can i do to be more efficient at the gym, like which machines help the most for weight loss/body tuning? (currently doing 30 min of bike and 30 min of weights).

The reason you have probably stayed at 203 is because when you lose weight your body fluctuates, and kind of creates a yo-yo effect. At the gym you should run a little faster. Also, I recommend losing weight by doing cardio first because it may be harder to burn fat through all that muscle, so once you’ve lost your goal amount of weight you should begin weight training.

Here’s a question for the fitness pro’s. I am a member of a gym but I dont have a trainer. Im trying to lose

25 pounds and tone all over. How much time should I spend doing cardio, weight training, etc. Which machines should I be using?

The goal for you is to slowly start building up your amount of time on a cardio machine. If you’re trying to lose 25lbs you may want to focus on doing cardio fitness more then actually lifting heavy. If you are wanting to lift heavy I would suggest doing more repetition then doing weight. If you start off doing 5-10lbs and doing a rep of 15 times 3 you can start building up endurance. ALSO, eating right is a main key in all of this! A low fat, medium amount of protein, and a medium amount of carbohydrate diet will help you. Stay off the sweets and starches, this may hinder your ability to lose weight. A goal of working out should be first going through a workout of 1/2 hour then increasing time in the gym every other week! Good luck on reaching your goal, and remember "Don’t let success go to your head, and don’t let failure go to your heart!"
