Home workout to improve overall fitness and sprinting?

Hi guys, I am 13 , a sprinter. Can anyone provide me with a detailed workout plan that works the whole body and can help improve my sprinting time which can be done at home? I have access to a gym but I want a workout to do at home? A good detailed workout anyone? Don’t want to neglect Arms/chest too!

Men’s Health Magazine has great whole body workout routines every month, same with Men’s Fitness. Pick up one of these and you’ll find all kinds of good stuff. For sprinting, consider plyometrics. It involves a lot of explosive moves and jumping stuff. Good luck

What is the best at home fitness product? I have tried P90x but can’t spend 60-90minutes everyday working out?

I just started this program called Fearless Body Fearless 45. http://www.fearless45.com
Only have been doing it for a few weeks, seen good results so far, need to improve my diet

first before I really dedicate myself to it.

It’s only 20 minutes a day/5 days a week so it’s not bad.
I never heard of it until I saw a ad on Facebook for it.

P90X Extreme Home Fitness Review

In this video I review the very popular P90X fitness program and then give you a free alternative thats even better. I get asked so often what I think of the P90X program that I thought it important to do a video on the subject.

Here is what I say about P90X

• “Anything that gets people excited about working out regularly is a very good thing and people get very, very excited about P90X.”

Good points first: P90X is simple, you just look at your calendar and see which DVD to pop in. P90X has brought fitness into the lives of countless people who would otherwise be couch potatoes, they have made fitness popular and I applaud them for that.

Now the bad points. The biggest problem in my opininon is that the program is used to push their expensive supplements and other products, this is really slimy in my opinon. The other problem is that the program is very limited, it doesnt grow with you as your ability grows. Another thing I worry about is that the “90 day” program encourages dangerous short term thinking. To me fitness and true health is a lifestyle, not a 90 day project. Minor complaints are that people find the program boring toward the end and get tired of hearing the same jokes time and time again -ah, deal with it.

People get good results from P90X but people get GREAT results from using my free website and videos and I dont recommend you buy *anything*!. Do this, check the success stories on the P90X website and then check out the success stories on my website and you will see what I mean – you be the judge.

My philosophy is that you dont need to buy anything to build a great physique. You can do it at home without supplements, books, DVDs or fancy machines. Building a great physique is within everyones reach regardless of financial means. My free website and videos show you how to gain muscle and lose fat at home just like the P90X program.

starting to do a home fitness video?

ive been following a fitness video,in the home,i get quite breathless at the warm up,is this normal?im not that unfit,and ive noticed its getting easier,while i do it,i just wanted to know is this normal?thanks for your answers,cheers!

If you unaccustomed to this sort of physical activity, even a warm up can get the heart racing at first. You did mention this is getting easier, so this is completely normal.

Do you think the gov. would pay for me to have fitness equipment in my home with me being disabled?

I have a mental disability and i cannot afford fitness equipment on disability. I have a fear of driving or being outside in my neighborhood. I have no way of getting in exercise that my body needs to lose weight. Do you think there is a way for me to get some help financially on affording cardio equipment? Thanks.

Evidently you haven’t been keeping up with the news. The U.S. and U.K. taxpayers are a little tapped out, a little miffed about paying out for all this welfare crap when they themselves can’t even find a job. In the meantime, I suggest you pray about this. Note to God, put Jennifer on a diet. Amen

fitness routine easily done at home to lose weight?

I want to get a flatter stomach, thinner waist, and a thinner face, as well as tone up my arms and legs. Are there any fitness regime/routine that can easily be done at home? For example, 40 min of jogging on the stop, then 30 crunches or something like that?
I have a stationary bike, but I don’t have any other fitness equipment.
Thanks!

Stationary bike is fine for warm up. If you have no joint (especially knee) problems, jog as well.

I’d do 20 straight minutes cardio (bike or jogging)
Follow with 40 push-ups total sum (on your knees if too hard)
60 ab crunches
Finich with 20 more minutes of cardio

Stay on that routine daily for 3 weeks at least, then up it to 30, 60, 100, 25 respectively. Later do other types of excercises using dumbells

Eat healthy and never till you are stuffed. Low fats, low carbs, low sugars.
Between meals snack twice a day things like granola bars, jello, carrots, yogurt. This means you eat 5 times a day. Never miss a meal. It won’t be fast, but you’ll not bounce back.
