If you are near a big city, Craigslist is by far the best. Craigslist.com. Otherwise, play it again sports is a franchise all over. A decent (not commercial machine) should be about $250 used, a great one used about $600.00. Try em out. Should be smooth and offer no funny noises. Cosmetics, scratches would be mostly from people hanging clothes on them as there are tons available. You wold be a fool to buy a new one!

I’m a guy in my late 20s and I’ve been away from the gym because I can’t afford the memebership so I’ve been noticed I’m growing a belly lately. What’s a good, simple but effective home workout routine I can do that doesn’t require weights or expensive exercise machines?

Weights are a cheap way to get fit. If you don’t like weights then I would definitely recommend a resistance band set. Check out the set by Aylio. The system allows you target every muscle group in the body and sells for only about 40 bucks
