I think this is a great sequence to use to really fatigue the upper body and some core. You will need to repeat 4 times. Try for 10-25 reps per move. Time yourself. See how fast you can do one round. Try to beat or match this time for the remaining rounds, OK?

i am in taekwondo and i take dance.
i have noticed recently that my legs need to get stronger.
what would be a good routine at the gym to make sure i get results?
you should start with squats then leg extensions then ham string curls then calf raises (standing or seated) if you want to do some cardio before and after that would be good for warm up and cool down

I don’t want to train today… but I’m doing it anyway.
