I am 5′8 140 and i am already muscular and have abs and im cut but i want a bigger chest bigger biceps because i want to be ready for football
i already am cut if it was gonna stunt my growth its done it already so can somebody just tell me a good exercise to use to get ready for football and build muscle
Mark Rippetoe’s program would probably be the best for you (click on the link below).
If you are after the sort of strength that will benefit you on the football field, you need to focus on big compound lifts.
And before anyone else says it does: WEIGHTLIFTING DOES NOT STUNT GROWTH. I defy anybody to come up with a credible, scientific source that states otherwise.

Go on then – where are your sources? What scientific studies are there that show that weightlifting stunts growth?

I do normal exercise, to keep fit. Would it be better to go gym or do normal exercises.
It depends on your goals. If you want to lose weight then cardio exercise such as jogging is preferable. If you want to build muscle then you need to get down the gym and lift some heavy weights (or buy some and do it at home).
Ideally you would do 3 days of cardio a week and 3 days of weight lifting a week regardless of your goals.
