how can i do a cardio workout at home, indoors, and with no equipment?

where i live we have a nine month winter full of snow. iv been working out over the summer and have had great results, but now its winter and i cant go outside to do my running. i have no equipment, i dont have the money for a gym membership. what should i do?

Jumping rope is good. Push ups, sit ups. Squats. Up and down the stairs. Jumping Jacks. Maybe go get you some of those workout videos. Good Luck

I am currently doing the P90x program. You will need a set of push up bars, yoga mat, pull up bar, yoga block(if you are new to yoga) various dumbbell weights(adjustable db are great), and a pen to write your stats down.

4th Annual “Turning Points” National Home Front Command Exercise

The national Home Front Command exercise begins today, May 23rd 2010. The IDF Home Front Command, the National Emergency Authority, search and rescue forces, local Israeli authorities, government offices, security organizations, the education system as well as public and private organizations will participate in the nation wide exercise.

The exercise is aimed at improving national preparedness and responses of the home front to emergencies. The exercise will improve cooperation between the various organizations and institutions and prepare them for different emergency scenarios.

The exercise, taking place for the fourth consecutive year, was scheduled and planned in advance as a part of the IDFs 2010 training plan. This exercise is an additional measure taken by Israel to prepare the public and the local authorities for emergency periods.

What r some exercise that u can do at home to make ur belly flat?

My belly is kinda big. I want to know what exercise that I can do at home. I rarely go out the park because I can’t drive and everbodh is busy so I van only exercise at home. Some good snacks too. Thnks

There are lots of good exercises that isolate the abs, but I have a few favs.
Of course regular sit-ups work, but a ‘balance ball’ helps greatly by reducing stress on the neck (which will thereby increase the likelihood that you’ll actually do them). ;)
Mini-crunches are good… less fatiguing on the neck, and with lots of reps this can strengthen your core for more intense sculpting later.
Best for last: Belly dance is a terrific way to trim the midsection -and by shakin’ it you’ll slim down elsewhere, too.
*Beware though, belly dance is extremely addictive as it is equally effective!
