what is the difference between the three different types of milano gym shoes? there is the Artistic Gymnastic Super Spec Competition Shoe
the Artistic Pro Competition Shoe and
the Artistic Gymnastic Standard Competition Shoe.
I know which is better because it is the most expensive but why is it better and will it make a big difference if you get a cheaper one?
Looking at the spec there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference, except as you say, price. Here is the telephone number- they might be able to telly ou exactly the difference 01772 277777

I don’t know what the specific muscles are called, sorry. Also, I don’t really have room for equipment at home and don’t plan on going to a gym.
u need to build more muscle at your sides….
so lay on your side.. and do crunches on one side
then on your back hold a weighted plate if u got one.. and move side to side going up…
if u do not have a weighted plate its ok..
also.. u can take a brom stick or something simlar and put it behind your shoulders and twist side to side standing
