I don’t live anywhere near a gym and we don’t have exercise equipment in my home. So how can I get in shape/exercise at home without the equipment? Suggestions are much appreciated, thanks!
Walk around the corner a couple times a day, or walk your dog daily thats what i do and im in very good shape

I am a 24 year old female and weight about 134 and I am 5′3. Can anyone give me the best advice on workout routines? And how long should you work out each day? Should I go every day?
Before starting any exercise routine, you should consult your physician.
You do not need to go to the gym, unless you want to, in order to work out. You can join a gym, hire a personal trainer or a coach who will guide you. Or you can do simple workouts at home. 30 minutes a day will make a big difference in how you feel.
The easiest way to start a workout plan is to set a goal. Perhaps you want to run 5k, or ride a bike for 60 miles, or do a triathlon. You can join groups such as Team in Training. www.teamintraining.org
Once you set a goal- you can begin to work out. Walking burns a good amount of calories and you can build up to running. Weight routines are good for building muscle mass. You can do weights at home with dumbbells. I recommend starting with 10 minutes of cardio (walk or run) to warm up, then a simple weight routine of lunges and arm curls.
Active.com has plenty of workout routines and training plans for any activity, with guidance from professionals.
I am a cyclist, so I of course would recommend buying a new bike and riding!

I’m 16 and i wanna lose 25 pounds in around 5 months but i need workouts that i can do at home any ideas? And how long should i workout a day and how many days a week? Is working out everyday pushing it?
